Due to numerous managerial positions in global automotive companies I can look back on over 20 years of specialist experience in leading and managing companies in the fields of manufacturing, logistics and quality assurance.

I have worked in various European countries and the US for over 10 years. Using my technical and business skills I have successfully executed many programs such as Six Sigma Lean Implementation to improve and restructure business processes.

In 2004 I took on the position of managing director for a site belonging to a world-leading manufacturer of vehicle control systems in Poland with responsibility for over 1,700 employees.
